Лимфологические аспекты лечения сосудистых мальформаций. опыт лечения больных с пороками развития сосудов в клинике Foeldi

Аннотация: 

Терапия больных с комплексными нарушениями развития сосудов (комплексные ангиодисплазии) является сложной проблемой медицины. Так как каждый случай нарушения развития сосудов уникален, не существует стандартной схемы лечения, стратегия терапии индивидуальна. Речь идет о редкой патологии, и число специалистов, имеющих опыт диагностики и лечения в этой области, ограничено. Необходимы привлечение врачей разной специализации, координация стратегии, обмен информацией. Большое число пациентов с сосудистой мальформацией прошли лечение в клинике Foeldi. Клиника работает в тесном контакте с врачами разных специальностей из крупных медицинских центров и ведущими специалистами в различных областях. Приведенные примеры лечения в клинике Foeldi показывают возможности лимфатической терапии как части общей концепции лечения ангиодисплазий.

Abstract: 

The treatment of complex vascular malformations is a difficult medical problem. It concerns a disease with diversity of illness patterns and varying course. The therapy strategies are individual and repeatedly corrected to match the changes within the course of symptom development. The number of specialists with the relevant expertise and experience is limited. Furthermore, the doctors involved in therapy come from different disciplines, this factor necessitating good cooperation and exchange of information. Many patients with vascular malformations have been treated in the Foeldiklinik. We work in an interdisciplinary setting, maintaining the cooperation with large medical centers and the leading specialists within this field. The causes depicted here demonstrate the possibilities of conservative lymphology therapy within the overall concept for the treatment of angiodysplasias.
